Getting Organized

How do you organize all your planning stuff? Do you have one of those big binder book things or keep planning in one spot, contracts / paperwork somewhere else...?

i bought a big book from barnes and noble that i can write down all info and then has a folder for all contracts and anything like that.

I come on LIW and get reminded each day of what else I have to do lol.

The only 'planning' thing I have is a budget spreadsheet + guest list + vendor contact list that includes when the payments are due. That's all

the I Do wedding program, I print the 'report' sheets. and put them in a binder with contracts ect. I also used the excel spreadsheets

I have an Ultimate Wedding Planner & Organizer binder so I have all my paperwork from vendors in there, contracts etc, a clear folder for all the business cards, and it comes with a whole organizing/planning guide (which i use for a checklist etc). But I have most of my stuff on the computer and excel sheets for my budgets, things to do/buy, ideas, and checklists

i have a new york yankees notebook....true story.

and a wedding planner book to keep the reciepts in and check stuff off..

I took a binder from work, made tabs, and just shove everything in there that's wedding related. At first the thing was just overflowing with stuff but when we started to make final decisions on things, we tossed everything we didn't need and now it's more manageable looking LOL. It's pretty much just has our contracts and pictures of everything we are doing.
