Getting preapproved - recommendations?

Can someone recommend a bank, banker,
that will do preapproval for us?

My FH called one bank and said he could do it over the phone. It didn't seem 'right' to us though.

If you can recommend a person in Nassau County preferably- that'd be wonderful & thank you.

Continental capital corp did ours in melville. they were great if you want name fm me.

The majority of places do it over the phone now. We used Countrywide, If you want more info, feel free FM me. Good luck!

Gary Kushner at Countrywide is doing our loan. He's been absolutely wonderful! FM me if you want his number.
