I LOVE my photography vendor and the pics they took...the proofs came in an extremely timely manner...but why is it a month since i picked up my proofs and almost 2 months since the wedding and they still aren't up online!!! I don't have a disk of proofs so I'd like to have them online ASAP...I've been anxious but very patient ...but now I'm getting annoyed!
I'd be annoyed too! Have you called them yet and asked about this? What was their response? What does it say in your contract? Sometimes getting proofs can take 8-10 weeks, but you should be able to view them online pretty quickly. I know our online proofs were up when we were back from our honeymoon, but getting the proof book took like 8 weeks.
call them right away...maybe it's just a miscommunication
I would be a bit anxious too!! I would want to see them ASAP!
