Hi Everyone! My name is Sandy, I'm 23 and from Glen Head on LI. My fiance is from Puerto Rico and we are both medical students down in Guadalajara, Mexico. We met down there and got engaged on the beach in Puerto Vallarta during one of our very free weekends. We are half way through med school and thinking of doing a Jan 2011 wedding since it'll be the winter before we graduate and its a better time for most people to take off from work and travel to LI. Plus we start rotations in the hospital during the summers and i'll have no life lol. (we have a lot of out of towners) We are hoping to do a winter wonderland theme but i have yet to pick a RH. I'm between Crest Hollow and Fox Hollow. Nice to meet you all!!! Good luck to everyone!

My names is Theresa I am 23 and my FH is Brian he is 26. I am a part time Interior Design Student and part time account manager at a Radiology company and my FH is training to be a police officer. I met Brian online in December of 2006.
I am planning a September 30, 2011 wedding. I am still in the process of looking for a RH, but my top three are Bridgeview Yacht Club, the Watermill, and North Ritz Club.

My name is Briana. Im 25 years old. I am a teacher from Queens. I met my fiance on Myspace of all places and we have been together for three years. We got engaged on March 28. Hey everyone and CONGRATS! I'm Kerri and i am 21, and my fiance is 23. We both live in NHP as of right now. As of now were are both students and working with people with special needs. I will be graduating in December of this year with a degree in special needs and elementary ed and hope to get a position teaching intensive needs special ed specifically autism. My fiance is doing his masters in school psych. We met in high school have been dating for 5 1/2 years and got engaged on November 1st 2008 on the brooklyn bridge. We are getting married on July 29th at Notre Dame and are having the reception at the crest hallow!! We picked the 29th because we started Dating may 29, and broke up twice over the years and got back together on the 29 every time. I just feel that the 29th is a luck date... Well thats all about us. Btw Christina that was a great idea!!! Looking forward to next 2 yrs of planning with everyone!!

LOVE THE CREST HALLOW.... I booked them last friday for my july 2011 wedding and love it.... I was not crazy about the fox hallow but thats just me i am a little less traditional

I'm Lauren (23) & my FH is Joey (25). We are both from Queens. We have been together since high school so we are inching on 9 years together :)
Engagement: We went on a 10 day land/sea vacation to the Southern Caribbean and he proposed on our balcony in the middle of the ocean - I was totally surprised!
We are looking to get married in March to keep our costs down but are still narrowing down the RH.
FM me if you are interested in March 2011 prices I've been to the following RH's: Fox Hollow, Chateau Briand, Chateau Le Mar, Terrace on the Park, Swan Club, Coral House, Milleridge Inn, Fountainhead, Marina Del Ray... Ahhh this is exhausting already!

My FH and I met at work. I know they say your not suppose to date your co workers but he was hot.... We have been together for going on 8 years and have a 1 year old son. Both of us came into the relationship with children so we are a ready made family and love it because neither of us want anymore children. We are both in school currently. I am pursuing my Social Work degree and currently working in the field. I am a teaching supervisor for a vocational program at a rehabilitation institute in westbury. I also work at Madonna Heights which is a group home for pshy teenage girls. My FH currently works in the IT field and is getting his degree in that.
The planning is somewhat fun. My only concerned is that I am starting to get overwhelmed with all of the appiontments to check out DJs, photographers, limo companies and florists. I see why people hire a planner to do all of the leg work. I wish i could but i dont have the money for it.

Hey everyone! I'm Victoria and I grew up in E. Patchogue, but me and FH (Steven) live in Port Jeff right now. I work in the mental heatlh sector & am currently persuing my Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy, Steven is a student & manager in a chain-pharmacy store. We met in highschool back in 10th grade. I cut him on the lunch line and he said 'thats okay, you'll be my girlfriend soon anyway!' I thought he was a weirdo, but a year later I was his girlfriend, and almost 7 years later I am his fiance!
I knew he had a ring, and I kept bugging him about it. He told me if I could find it in an hour it was mine, but if I couldnt then I had to drop the issue. I tore my appartment up! I found it in 47 minutes, and he dropped to his knee and asked! It was really, really cute!
We are planning a June 25th wedding at Bellport Country Club, and I'm slowly figuring out that wedding planning is probably the most addicting thing ever...now i understand all those Bridezillas!!
I should warn you all now...I am probably the worst 'speller' in the entire universe, and I apologize in advance for all of the spelling mistakes I am sure I will be making in the next 2 years!
