What is everyone getting engraved in their wedding bands?

I had our nicknames and wedding date engraved.

This might sound silly but I'll explain - my fiance & I live up the blocks from each other - for over 20 years!! When we started dating we both always used to ay 'Who Would Have Thought' - I mean spending most of your life down the block from the man you are going to marry. So in our bands we put 'WWHT' and our wedding date.

My fiance had Unconditional Love engraved in mine with his initial and the date

Mine says
' Forever Mitch 04/22/01' and his says the same thing...ept with my name.

My parents have it in theirs and so does my sister and BIL. so i guess it is a family tradition,
