getting your dress home

If you are staying in a hotel after the wedding how are you getting your dress home? My dress is really big and I'm concerned about getting it home.

You could have your MOH take it with her.

I dress wasn't tremendous, but the bottom was so dirty, I just carried it and threw it in the backseat of our car, when I got home I put it back in the bag

we went back to my house first, got changed and grabbed our luggage for the honeymoon then took the limo back to the hotel. I also left my gifts there too. How are you getting your gifts home?

I went to a hotel after our wedding and took a dress bag that my dress came in with me in my overnight bag. The next day I put it in the bag and the limo took us to our apartment before we left for the airport.

This is whar we plan on and my mom will have it preserve while we are on our honeymoon, but we are waiting a day to leave, so we will not have a problem getting the dress home before leaving for the honeymoon

I was the MOH for my cousin's wedding and she just left her dress in the bag with her husband's tux stuff for me with the concierge at the hotel. I picked it all up when I left and brought it to my Aunt's house, since they left straight for the airport at the crack of dawn. Worked very well.

I picked up the entire thing and carried it out of the hotel... it took up so much space in the car...
