Gfits for parents

I was wondering what if anything you girls were giving your parents as presents for the wedding. Neither mine nor FH's parents are really helping us out with paying for the majority of the wedding. Does anyone know what the etiquette is on gifts for the parents?

I want to get the something (not anything huge or expensive cause the budget is going to be tight) but something that we can give to say thanks for all they've done over the years.

Any comments or suggestions are appreciated. TIA!!!

Maybe if you took engagement photos you can frame one or a few in a nice frame and give them that. I'm sure they would love a picture of the both of you.

I'm giving my mom the 'My Baby's A Bride Piece from precious moments. I just ordered cufflinks for dad that say father of the bride.. I'm going to get him one of the dad frames too. I'll probably get mom a mom one come to think of it!
