Where can I get Gift Cards for my BM's without them charging to buy it? I need like 15 GC's to give my BM's because not everyone goes to the same Nail Salon! But CVS GC's are a $5 surcharge so its too much $60 just to get GC's and then putting money on them?

I didn't knwo CVS does a surcharge. Are you sure? I don't remember paying a surcharge there.,
BJ's also has a selection of gift cards
ETA- and sometimes they come in apcks that are cheaper - Spa Wish
