hey girls. Im never on this site because for some reason im not into my wedding planning =/ but im moving to florida after the wedding and was wondering if it would be stupid if i tell people to only bring Macy's gift cards for my bridal shower since I wont be able to carry gifts all the way to florida.

You could always have your invitations request that your gifts be mailed to you instead of them.

This is probably easier - some people don't like bringing gift cards.

my guests would have to mail it to my home address in florida? or they leave the gifts at macys and macys mails it? sorry im slow lol

You set up your registry with your mailing address. Then when they order gifts from it, they choose your address as the shipping address.

either that, or when you have your shower you could return any large gifts and then rebuy them in florida..
im having a shower in texas and may have to do this

yea my mom suggested i do that also, but theres going to be so many gifts, its gona be annoying to return and rebuy
