If you are getting married in a church and have readers, are you getting them a little gift? I got something for my cousin who is a reader but have no idea what to get for my second reader who is my uncle. Any ideas?

My 12 year old goddaughter was one of our readers, we got her an iTunes gift card.
My SIL was the other reader and we got her a gift card to olive garden.

My mom and my friend are doing readings at ours. Im not giving my mom anything special for it because we're already giving them a big gift to thank them for their help with the wedding. I'm giving my friend a bottle of wine i got on my trip to Italy last year.

Re: Gift for church readers
I did not get my readers a gift. I invited them and their significant other to dinner.
I never heard of readers getting a gift probably because they aren't investing any money. It is nice to thank them with dinner or maybe acknowledge them with a corsage or boutonniere.

I wasn't planning on doing gifts for our readers but if we did, I would probably do like a $25 gift card to a restaurant.

Our niece is doing one of our readings, I'm thinking a personalized charm bracelet that she can wear the day of.
