Gift for parents

What is everyone getting their parents for their gift? I want to do something nice but not sure what to get. TIA!

We are getting them a vacation somewhere, maybe to Aruba (they went their on their honeymoon).

I had given my parents tickets to a Broadway show for christmas. The show wasn't until a week after our wedding, so I ended up getting them a gift certificate to Tavern on the Green and made reservations for them for the night of the play.

i'm on a budget so the albums that i am giving my parents and FH's parents are the big part of the gift and i am going to get smaller things like mother and father hankies...stinks to be on a budget but i will get them a nicer gift after the wedding

I'm on a budget as well so I understand. I was also thinking a nice silver frame that is engraved. Then they can have a nice professional picture of them. Plus something little for each of them.

I got fh parents a canvasondemand of fh parents wedding picture. My parents I am getting a updated family picture. They have none of us as grown ups. We are on a budget as well. These are both affordable and personable. I wish I could afford to get them a trip but I cant even afford a honeymoon right now for us.

I'm thinking of adding my parents on to my SIRIUS subscription... Buying them a radio for each of their cars and paying for like 6 months of radio... I have to check into the costs though.

FH's dad and future step-mother - no idea. Whenever he wants something - he gets it himself. So I don't even know where to start with him.

I'm not sure how much you are willing to spend, but Northport has an off broadway theatre (the John W. Engeman), which gets rave reviews. We have given tickets as gifts to both my parents and FH's parents before and they both loved the shows! It's great, especially if your parents live in suffolk country...much more convenient than traveling into the city.
Anyway, the tickets are 60-65 dollars each.
