GIFT FOR THE GROOM???

Original post by pinkpixsey

Does anyone have any idea's on what to get your Groom for the wedding. I already know he is getting me something and I really want something special for him.. and maybe even something that he could wear or use the day of the wedding.
I really dont want to get another watch for him as he has a ton of nice ones from the weddings he has been in for his siblings..

Does anyone have any suggestions?????

We're not doing gifts... we're spending a $hitload on the honeymoon, band, shuttles, photographer, videographer, etc. We're our gifts to each other!

I like this! We both keep trying to think of ideas.. Im going to have to tell FH... Only thing I could think of for FH was a nice watch but already has a nice one that I don't think he'll be able to part from...

Maybe you can get him something related to a passion of his? My FH is an avid skiier, so I'll probably get him a new pair of skis .

Check the vendors section I was thinking of doing this & I decided against it, it's affordable ($500) but I don't want to split the guest. I know slot of people would have to go outside to smoke them.

I saw something on Top Chef Masters where they each got a book about their family history. FH doesn't know his dad or that side of the family, so I thought doing something like this would be nice

If your FH enjoys cigars, your better off buying him 'better' cigars. The Cigar Rollers are a nice novelty item, but it's just that a novelty. The quality is just not there...

We're not doing gifts... we're also spending a $hitload on the honeymoon, so we decided that while we are away if we see something we like we will buy it then for eachother!

I like this!! Gonna see what FH thinks about it

This is a good idea. Anytime I buy him anything he complains I spent too much money. Rephrase that, LOL, anytime I even by myself something he complains I spent too much money!
