Gift Question

For my MOH's shower we the bridesmaids are giving her a group gift...we bought her a wine rack and 12 bottles of wine- in a basket...all pretty and what not...

I wanted to write a little something up for it...
like : All the many reasons to drink good wine...first night, first fight, first anniversary, ...etc

I cant think of something good...can you help me?
