gift receipt question..

gift receipt question..

would you call someone and ask for a gift receipt for something you already have??

I'm getting mixed feelings on this...

It is FH aunt and cousin that we got an e-party gift from.

We didn't register yet so its not on our registry.

do u know what store it's from??? u may not even need the reciept if u're just exchanging or getting store credit... the only place that i know will definetly give you cash for the return is BB&B so anywhere else a reciept shouldn't be entirely necessary..
