Gifts for borrowed items

Hey there!

So my fiance's cousin has lent me her veil and cake cutting set for our upcoming wedding in November. I would like to gift her a little something for letting me borrow them and saving me some $$. Should I send something like a gift basket, or something more personal to her? What are your thoughts?
