Gifts for FH

I have heard that on the wedding day, the bride is suppose to give a gift to their FH. Has anyone thought of this?

I am surprising him on our HM for him to swim with the Dolphins. He always wanted to do that but he thought it was too expensive. I think at the RD I am going to wrap up a ad from the website and give it to him
