Gifts for parents...any suggestions?

My parents are footing nearly the entire bill for the wedding. My father is kind of tough, I could take him out to lunch and he'd be cool. But, I want to do something really special for my mother. Would you think maybe a spa package, massage, pedicure..etc.

what do you think?

I just bought my parents a gift certificate for a Bed & Breakfast out East. It's looks relaxing, and it's close to the shore and vineyards.

we're going to to a gift cert to a b&b in vermont. we figured they'd be able to catch the fall foliage that way since our wedding is in sept.

Well since it's for the Fall months I picked the Harvest Inn - located on Raphael Winery. October is wine season + change of seasons and leaves changing colors, should be pretty. I also saw and liked the Shorecrest - - that's on the water, which if it were in hotter months, I would have stuck with. Both have websites, they both look quaint, and are equal in price.
