I'm just wondering if anyone got presents for their readers? My mom said she never heard of it ....what have you done? Thanks!!

Yes - bottle of wine + decanter for aunt, rabbit bottle opener set + bottle stoppers for brother.

We did! We had 3 readers and they are all very different types of women, so we got them each something unique to them from Things Remembered.

2 of my younger cousins are doing our readings so we got them each something that I knew they would like. One is getting a Mets shirt and the other a vera bradley bag with some stuff from the body shop. I am sure it will make them feel special too.

I got my readers a beautiful jewlery box with a poem on it that played music. I think it was Hero. They happen to be my Aunts so it had an AUnt poem on it. I bought them form the 50% off card store by my house.

Hey Mary! We havent gotten gifts yet, but we will be getting the readers gifts. We're getting them based on what they like. For example, one loves chocolate (so probably a godiva gift), and one is a drinker (so we'll probably get his fav bottle).

Thanks everyone!! I wasn't sure how this works - but all of your ideas are awesome and thoughtful - I'm going to have to get online tonight and order something!
It makes me nervous with the wedding coming so soon and not having time to order stuff and not just gifts ....all the other odds and ends that I need!!!!

Our readers are my sister in law and FH's cousin. We did not purchase gifts for them. AFterthe wedding we are going to get them framed pics from the wedding though. One of My sil, brother and their children and then one of Johnny & FH together.

I got mine Lenox ring boxes, they were only $20 each. I got the idea from one of the other brides. They loved them.

I am with you. I don't know if I should get gifts- we are having the 7 blessings in our service read by 8 different people- that is a lot of gifts to get! Is it bad if we just give them flowers?
