Giorgio's Day Wedding...planner?!?
Hey ladies!!My fiancé and I are getting married oct 3 2015 at Giorgio's!
We decided to go with the day wedding because it was a lot more affordable and the views are beautiful!
.
We have our cinematographer, photographer and DJ so far, and we are pleased with them so far based on reviews and personal referrals.
I am stressing out because of the timing situation...
Our time is from 12-5:30. I just feel so crammed trying to fit everything appropriately.
We are definitely doing a 'first look' around 10am to get all of our photos so we have some time for cocktail hour.
The little details are what I am worried about...transportation, timing!!, and just the flow of the day. I just feel so crammed for time that maybe a wedding planner may be helpful in organizing the day.
Any recommendations or suggestions??
Any Giorgio's brides that have a day wedding planned??
Thanks!!
Jen

Re: Giorgio's Day Wedding...planner?!?
I'm about to book with Giorgios for a Sept of '16 wedding and I want a Saturday day to save a considerable amount of money. That's also my concern is the timing of everything. When I spoke to Nick he said we could get there 3 hours before but I don't know if 3 hours will be enough time to get me And 5 bridesmaids ready and then leave time for pictures.

Giorgio's Day Wedding...planner?!?
My wedding is at Giorgione from 11:30-5:00! I wish mine was later like yours! I feel like we can arrive at 8:30- but all hair and make up will be done and finished my 8:30am and then we will START pictures at 8:30-9:00 and have 3 hours! Then the party will begin. Us brides should get together and help each other out! I'm getting married on 10/11/15. The weekend after you!

Giorgio's Day Wedding...planner?!?
It does seem so difficult!! Which is why I am considering a planner to make things go smoothly. My plan is to have my girls get ready at the holiday inn express (they have beautiful huge rooms) and then head over to either the windmill or Giorgio's for our first look around 9:30.
Tying everything else together like limos and bridal party photos is where I am getting worried.
I was thinking of doing our romantic photos by ourselves for an hour or so after we do the first look..then have all the bridesmaids come over to that location after (which will give them more time to get ready).
Thoughts??? Thanks for the advice!!
