I'm doing simple calla lillies in a tall clear vase with purple stones inside and votives around the vase....

Here's what I had in mind...

I'm going to set up some flowers with my dad for a wedding he's doing there so I'm going to check it out and get a better feel for height and color scheme.

We are doing the candle/rose pedal CP. Similar to the one attached. Just be careful with candle CP's at Giorgios..the candles, including the flame, has to be enclosed in glass. Its a rule of Giorgios for fire safety.

My friend got married at Giorgio's last January and she used a crystal cake plate and then nicely arranged her favors (wrapped boxes with a wine stopper) on top. It was really pretty and a great alternative to flowers. HTH!

Low CP's with hydrangeas, peonies, purples . . . the room doesn't need a lot of dressing up !!!

I'm doing something like these....just not so busy looking.

There will be floating gerbers with a couple of votives around it. I'm also doing the votive placecards, so when people sit, they add their placecard to the centerpiece.

Jola - I love your centerpiece. I am going to do something similar as well. Did you have any complaints from your guests that they couldn't see over the centerpieces?

Hi Malone130

No one mentioned to me that they could not see. I mean the vase is clear and the only thing in the way is the green stems.. it's not bulky so I don't see how it was a problem to see.. I thought they were very beautiful when I first saw the room without guests in it.........

The centerpiece, votives, rose petals and mirror were all included in my price per centerpiece, which was about 3 years ago... so the prices have probably changed at this point...
