Hi ladies..Thanks foe adding me to the 'official list', Jola!! Gosh, it is scary to see that Im the first wedding on there for this year. Beleive me, when i say that you all have no idea just how behind I am in planning. I need help!! We have the DJ, videographer,and photographer, but still need a florist..and of course there is my dilemna with the ceremony. Ok, well here goes...we Still cant decide if we want to have the ceremony at Giorgios or in a church. Yup, thats right, girls, only 4 months away, and we still havent decided! Here is my problem. I have always wanted to get married in a Catholic church(My FH and I are both Catholic) Problem is, he is divorced, and as far as I know, due to his divorce we will be unable to be married in the Catholic church. So, I have a choice ..either a non Catholic church or the beautiful grounds of Giorgios. Any beautiful churches that anyone knows of out that way, or haS anyone been married at Giorgios, and if so, how was the ceremony?? As I said, we are pretty behind with things due to crazy work hours, and my best friend was recently married. So i gotta get on the ball quick!! Also, I am using a DJ, but does anyone know of a great musician for the cocktail hour, and also a great florist? Ok, thanks again, and thanks Jola for including me!!

Thanks!! I think I'm going to use calla lillies also but I might use pink and white what do yuo think?

my bestfriend (maid of honor) just booked Giorgio's for her jan 2007 wedding We are going to the bridal show there in Feb. I think the place is absolutely beautiful. when she got their perferred vendors list I was so psyched that my DOC was on their list, but not as excited when she asked me to be her Matron of honor. By the time her wedding comes I will have been married 3months so I'll be a matron instead of a maid.

Renovations???? Why the place is perfect as it was. I'm sure it looks even better. You have to take pictures. I'm up to my eyeballs in demo, so I can't come out to the show :(

the renovations are awesome. I truly love every bit of the place. I love the bathrooms hehehe. I can go on and on. I was there on Saturday and wanted to stay all day. my old hairdresser was there for her sons bday, so i got to walk around with fh. Giorgio's was the 1st place i looked at, then we went to Miller place Inn, then we called George Jr. back and booked... I had tears in my eyes when I saw the place I knew it was the place where my reception would be held.

a funny side note--- my fh and i were looking through a recpetion magazine and he said to me, ' the place i pick with m y eyes closed will be our reception hall-- guess what IT WAS GIORGIO'S!!!!!!!!!!!

I love that place!

Shea: I think you should change the subject line to GIORGIO's THREAD or something. So we can find it easier and so it stands out. Thank You. We are getting more Giorgio Brides, it's great!

i agree i have not found it in so long.
