I only heard of this in Nov when i asked to see them, a lady (i THINK George Sr.'s wife) told me they were getting a new rug and linens and stuff so not to bother looking at them..

Hi ladies. We just stopped by Giorgios on Sunday, and I got to see all the new renovations and meet Jola also! Jola was even sweeter in person than we know her on LIW, and as for the renovations...gorgeous! (Christine, you have to stop by!! ) Apparently word has it, that there may be some more super secret renovations to come in the next few months..Hopefully before May 19th!! But ladies, if you go there, check out the ladies bathroom too...It really is so much bigger, and looks great, and also the window treatments in the bridal suite are a cream color, which really brightens the room up. We also spoke with George Sr. and met his wife...They are so cute!! Ok, well stop by and check it out..You wont be disappointed!!

What are the 'new secret' renovations going to be??? I saw the bathroom and I think it looks great!!! What else do they plan to do to the place?

Hey ..thanks for the 'thanks', Jola And Christine, ill go back to Giorgios anytime..Maybe we can see some more renovations! Heck, i say ALL of us future Giorgio brides should pick a day (soon!) to swing by our BEAUTIFUL hall, and anyone who wants to come can just show up, and maybe we can even do brunch, and sample some of that yummy food!!

That sounds like a Fantastic! idea Gina, We could have a Giorgio's GTG at their Sunday Brunch..

If you guys plan something, let me know...I'm always interested in heading out there for any excuse! Can't wait to see the renovations :)

i am jealous, i live in CA! only sunday i will be in NY is March 26th and our flight is at 9am, so even then i couldnt make it... man...why do i let FH book flights I keep hoping they will have a show during one of my trips to NY... hope you girls have fun

umm do they still do the Sunday Brunch? I called to make valentines day resvations and they said they didnt do the restaurant anymore, Apparently what they said was the Town of Riverhead wouldnt let them expand it, so they closed it down!

Hey I am a girl up for brunch! Oh no...I work Sundays - what time does brunch go to? I get out of work at 1 and it takes me 40 min to get there!

and Jola when is the next showcase I want to do it again!

Christine, due to the increase in banquet sales they did close down the restaurant for lunch and dinner.
They are still open Every Sunday for Brunch and if you wanted to have a small party you can do that any day of the week when you have 15 or more people.
