Giorgio's girls...please make me feel better

does anyone know how many hours your are permitted on the premises before your CH to take pictures. I am 99% certain that Dawn said 3 hours before...but with no hospitality. Did you hear the same?


One of their employees made me think otherwise...that you are only allowed on premises 1 hr before. That doesn't sound right and I had a minor freak out.

I think it's only about an hour or two before. I'm getting married on a sat night and don't have a confirmed time for my ceremony until they know whether they are having a day weddding. George Jr. told me that the day weddings end at 4 and they literally are cleaning by 4:30 for the night wedding.

I would imagine you can go to the beach and take pictures earlier. I'm planning to scope out a few other places in the area to take my BP pictures before the ceremony and then only have to worry about family pics for part of my CH.

Talk to George Jr and let him know about your concerns, I'm sure he'll be able to figure something out.

thanks girls..I forgot to mention that I have a day wedding. MY CH is at 12 so there is nobody before me!


I am going to call Dawn or George tomorrow to reconfirm. Where can I take pictures around there if it doesn't work out? Do you girls have other picture locations?

There is Baiting Hollow Vineyards in the town and there are a TON close by (Martha Clara has an amazing barn). I'm going to scout locations in the area with my photographer but I'm not getting married until next year so not terribly helpful.

Hmmm that sucks...I could have sworn we had an entire conversation with him about them when we last met...I thought he said that's where his vines came from and they were going to bottle his wine for him this year. Sorry

I haven't spoken to Baiting Hollow about taking pics, I just reco'd it since it's in town.

I looked at Martha Clara as RH so only know the cost of renting the barn. Thing about Martha Clara is that it's pretty big and has 2 buildings and some animals on the farm. Maybe they would let you take pics if you buy some wine? I honestly have no idea but you never know....

haha we totally hijacked the post... sorry!!! we're talking about pics at the vineyards!

I have a day wedding too - my ceremony is at 1130....



There are no weddings prior to myself... and I'd love to be there by 830 to start taking pictures 9 the latest. I don't remember that being an issue.... because 3 hrs. sounds about right.

Every bottle of wine purchased supports their horse rescue!!! We went on a tour and met all their rescues!! They are sooo sweet! And some of their stories were so sad!!! They are doing a great thing out there!!!!
