I'm still fat, but at least I am three pounds lighter! So I started doing WW about a week and a half ago, and I have been SO good about counting my points. I allow myself to eat everything that I want, only in moderation and it's worked. I am usually someone who likes to see my weight loss right away, but then I always find myself gaining it back easily, so I have finally given in to the slow and steady weight loss and I am so happy about it. So it may only be three pounds, but there's not one guilty feeling day in almost two weeks, and that's worth it's weight in gold

Thanks everyone! I just weighed myself this morning for the week, and well, I am now down 5 pounds! YAY! I am so happy and finally feel 'right' about my decision to do this slowly. YAY! I just feel good, y'know?
