Thats what Im thinking too. Cookies are exensive I dont want my guests to throw out the cookie. They stuff them in their bags and it gets all mushed up. Maybe as an extra treat Ill have cookies bec I love cookies but scratch that there will be tons and tons of cookies for the VH my guests will not want them to take home

I like these but are they plain:
I wanted something different like a cookie for each guest/couple and a tag attached with their table #/letter?? But will a sweet spoil their appetite, lolol. When I am a guest at a wedd, I ABSOLUTLY HATE carrying around the table number thingy. I dont want my guest to have to either. I figured a card they can just stick in their pockets.
Who is doing edible placecards??

Very cool and different. Are you going to have someone do this for you? If I dont get nice place cards I might end up doing something like this.
I don't like to think of the word 'plain' I like the word classic. I think the cards you posted look classy...nothing cheesy nothing that is too overpowering. When people walk to the table it will look classy...That's what I am doing. A basic card with the stud on top. :) That's my thought.
what about a breath mint on each place card?

We are doing the glass maple leaf bottles of maple syrup. I actually love the placecards white the rhinestones!

You can't really tell from the picture but I also used two different crystals. Some had white crystals and some had pink to go with my wedding colors.
