Dollar Tree for the Bubbles (16 for $1)

Ribbon ($1 per spool at Michaels)

Monogram Sticker ($2.99 for 50 at Michaels - I think)

HTH

I think this was a $11 project for me

I went to michaels and got three type of ribbon

One says. Eat drink and be married

Another says happily ever after

And one is just shamrocks

I tied them to the top of the bubbles. So cute!
