girls flying delta or air tahiti(my experience)

3 days before we flew out to LAX, delta changed their luggage restrictions, now its only one bag per person (domestic) and be careful with the weight because we were like 5 lbs over and we had to pay $80
then--------flying to Tahiti
the flight from LAX to Tahiti - fine
Tahiti to Moorea - fine
Moorea - Bora Bora - turns out that they're owned by a different company and their weight restrictions are 40lbs per person - thats it!!!!! so we got screwed here - we had to pay $130 - i wanted to argue with them sicne all the other Tahitian flights were ok but i didnt win :(

Just a heads up to you girls getting ready for your honeymoons, def pack light, escp if your're going to a sunny destination - I took wayyyyyyyy toooo many things.

i def overpacked!
took too much lingere
took too much shoes (i wore only 2 pairs of flip flops the entire time)
wore the same 3 bathing suits over and over
didnt need the bug spray and the candle that keeps the bugs away
too many shirts and all that

my opinion: pack in a small bag, your 3 fav swim suits, 3 pairs of fav flip flops/sandals, sun dresses and wraps. because thats all you will need!!!!
