Girls Getting Married at RH...

i was playing around with the brochures on vistaprint.....was thinking of maybe doing that.....but i dunno....i don't think we're having any 'readers'.....i want the ceremony to be short and sweet.....so....i guess it depends on if vistaprint has another 'free' sale closer to the wedding, and more details are set for the ceremony.

My thoughts were that if I were getting married in a church then I would make programs, but I am not. I am also not having any readers for my ceremony. It's going to be short and sweet. My ceremony is also going to be outside on the beach and I just don't want the chance of people littering the beach with paper.

Littlepixie...you said you made fan programs, what do they say and where did you have them made?

That'sa great idea!!! Can I ask what yours says on each of the fan blades? Since we are not getting married in a church and are not having readers I am not sure what I would put if I decided to do them.

I bought a pack of 100 sheets of pretty resume paper (in green marble) at staples and am making single fold 'programs' for everyone. It's mostly because my MOH said people like to know who the people walking down the aisle are.

It isn't a program of events for the wedding. It's just a list of the people in the bridal party and it has the poem my brother is reading at our ceremony on the left-hand page. The backside has our memorial page (just the names of the people who are gone).

Very simple, and only cost me like $20 for the paper (which my dad ended up buying me). Silly little touch.

I might even print them up tonight!

There are pics in my album.... the first balde says welcome to the wedding of gail and eric the dat and the name of the hall,the second and third blades have the layout of the ceremony ( Pastor April wrote our ceremony, so I basically copied right from that) and the last blade is the bridal party.
