They don't allow rice, bird seed or flower petals to be thrown. I don't want to use bubbles because they stain the dress and my mother thinks the wedding wands are cheap/cheesey. No idea what to do. What are you all doing?

Some of those wedding wands can look really cheap, but others are REALLY nice!
I'd suggest those opper things that stay attached (they sell them in Michael's) but your mom would probably think they look cheap too.

I'm playing around with making something like this for guests to wave. But bubbles are easier.

Ya and it's not like it's a HUGE staircase where it's dangerous. At St. Christopher's they don't allow it either and I went once recently and saw rose petals. Whatever, I'm still doing it lol. I'll let you know for the next day, maybe you can come hand them out for mine haha
