Girls getting married at the hall

Are you having limos?

My FH wants to have one drive him and the GM from his sisters house to the hotel, which i like 10 minutes away!

i think its a little extreme and not worth the money I will have to pay for it

What are you guys doing?

we got limos...we are taking pics beforehand though so pick up at the hotel and then drive to picture location and then back to venue.

I'm having one Excursion for the whole thing...Heres the plan:

Pick up Groom and GM's at his parents house and drop them off at the church

Pick up Me and my girls and bring us to the church and then we all leave together!

No Biggie!!!

we didn't get limos. We stayed at the hotel next door and my husband just drove to the hotel the morning of and we walked over to the hall. we put the limo money towards other things.

I am debating the same thing I don't see the purpose of a limodrive me from my house to the hall I am still trying to decide what to do

thats what i want to do, plus they wont have a way home if they take a limo there ...makes sense

i had a limo take me and my bms from the hotel to the RH. it was a RR, so then DH and i took pics w/ it. we had it for 2 hours. then we had a limo, black, pick us up afterwards to drive us home. DH went with his parents to the RH in their car, not a limo.

nope, I'm getting dressed at the hall so Im going to drive myself there and we'll take the shuttle with the other guests on the way home

Ya otherwise you have to have a few people drive there beforehand and leave the cars and have someone to drive them back from dropping them off. LOL- its cool to do that if you are having a church wedding and the hall is a distance away and then you are staying at a hotel after, but in your case and mine, I think its worth saving the money.

Im not doing limos only because im getting ready at the east wind in the hotel room and FH will just drive the guys in our car....its unneccesary for us

we weren't going to---but in the end DH really wanted one. so the way we did it -- the boys used the limo and were dropped off and then the limo came back and picked myself and my girls/parents up....and then i sent the limo back one last time to pick up some OOT guests.

I booked a hotel room 3 minutes from the RH.....all the girls will be at my hotel room in the morning and we will just drive over....FH will deal with the groomsmen.

I live 10 mins away from the RH as well. However, I am getting ready at my parents house, which is 25 mins away. We are having a limo take us (my parents, sis and me) to the Rh and then I think it may go get FH and bring him to the RH - this will ensure he gets there ON TIME!!!! (well, that and a few people that will call the house starting 2 hours prior to make sure he is up!)

I was trying to figure out the same thing. I live like 5 mins from my RH. We are going to do pics first, but they will be at the RH and the beach 2 seconds away. IF we have extra money left over when all the other things are booked, I might get one for my FH and his boys..,but for now, no, we are not using limos.

I have rolls picking me and my father up and a limo for the guys- we are doing our photos before t-- i got a good price for both and they gave us a car to pick us up after and take us to the hotel- when you call tell them it is just a pick up and drop off.

We are only getting a limo because it is included in our package. I'm trying to figure out pictures beforehand and I am not getting another limo just to take pictures. If it wasn't included we wouldn't get a limo because we live down the street from the RH. It's a great way to save money!
