Are you having limos?

My FH wants to have one drive him and the GM from his sisters house to the hotel, which i like 10 minutes away!

i think its a little extreme and not worth the money I will have to pay for it

What are you guys doing?

This is where i kinda splurged but kinda didnt... I am getting ready 1 mile from the hall. FH is getting ready at a hotel 20 mins away. So we got an escalade to pick him and the boys up at the hotel and drop them off at the hall... then it will come by me and pick up my ooters. then come back once more for my girls. it literally is a mile away and the boys are going to get there an hour earlier to take their pics. So because we were saving on not getting a 2 limos for the BP and an antique car for us... FH got me the horse and carriage to take me there!!! i'm so excited... its a splurge but not really bc it works out to be the same price that other people pay and i got my dream!

no limo.. we're getting ready there but we do have a limo to take us to our hotel..

OH SH!T you totally made me think... How is FH getting to Fox Hollow from his parents house????

Seflish me I guess, I never tho ught b/c I'm staying at the Fox Hollow Inn we didn't need Limo's.

i had a limo take me and my bms from the hotel to the RH. it was a RR, so then DH and i took pics w/ it. we had it for 2 hours. then we had a limo, black, pick us up afterwards to drive us home. DH went with his parents to the RH in their car, not a limo.

good idea!

we are doing pics before the ceremony - so maybe FH and his 3 groomsmen can go to JT in a town car - then ill show up at JT in the RR with my 3 bms - my 3 bms and his groomsmen can make sure we dont see eachother until the reveal moment....then our parents can take a town car over together later on - im sure 2 one way town car rides and 1 RR is less expensive than doing limos....we are going to be at the hotel 10 mins away from JT i dont see the need for limos - i want to try and save $ somewhere

we had limos, but only because we took pics at OWG before the ceremony.

if we didn't take pics offsite, we might have skipped the limos.

We got limos to drop us and the bridal party off at the RH. (Just basic cars, nothing fancy). We needed to be there a little early for pictures.

Everyone took the shuttle bus back to the hotel at the end of the night.

didn't get limos, some of the wedding party wanted to stay at the hotel with us, while others insisted on going home, so our bridal party would have to drive themselves to the reception and then home the next day from the hotels

We will have limos - we live in Port Jeff and wedding/reception is in Sayville. I do not wnat to have any worries about how we or our families are getting there/back, especially after drinking for a few hours.

I'm not taking a limo...either are my girls.
My FH and his groomsmen are...it's about a 30 min drive and they are charging me like 300 bucks.

We had one limo- first trip was for the guys (hotel to Russo's) and then they came back for the girls (hotel to Russo's).

We took pics before the ceremony.

Afterwards DH and I got (at no additional charge) the same limo (8-10 passenger) to take only him and I back to the hotel. We arranged a shuttle bus for those that were going back to the hotel (that was courtesy of the hotel).

For a ten minute ride though I don't think it's worth the extra $$.

We are getting married at our RH, but we are taking pictures before the ceremony.

We have 1 limo. It's going to pick up FH and the GMs at his mother's house (Nassau).

My girls and myself are getting ready at my mom's house (Queens) so the limo will pick us up from there. FH will see me for the first time in my dress at my mom's house.

Then we all hop in the limo, stop at the florist to pick up our BKs for pictures and then the limo will take us to the picture location. The limo is going to leave at that point and we have to walk 1 block to our RH from the Rockefellar Center. Hopefully it doesn't rain.

Fh & I are getting an antique car for us 2 only because we dont have a bridal party other than the best man & moh and because we are taking our pics before the ceremony on site... so he will be gettin picked up first at his best mans then he will come pick me up and head over to RH.

Since my RH is out at exit 68, my mom booked 2 limos to take immediate family out to the RH and to take them home (FH and I are staying at the Inn at East Winds).
