When are you having your photographer come? Im getting hair and makeup done at my house and then getting my dress on at the hotel and off to the rH to take pics before the ceremony. I was just trying to think if I should have him to the house or just start at the hotel.

My photographer is coming to my house while I have my hair and make-up done....I really like those kind of pictures. If you don't want them to take pictures of you getting your makeup and hair done then you should just have them meet you at the hotel.

The thing is I am thinking of the time that I have him. I want him there at the end of the night as well. I have to see how long I have him for.

ugh i dunno.... its really a personal opinion i think... if you think you would really miss those 'getting ready' moments, then i would have him come to your house... also depends on how long you have him for... if you'd have to pay extra $$ for more time at the end, then id skip it bc i dont think its worth it in that case...
as for me, my plan as of now is to have the photog come to the hotel for pics of hair/makeup... travel over to the hall for me getting dress on... and then pics beforehand...

Mine is coming to my house for getting ready...then we are going to the arboretum to take pics and then to the RH!

Photographer is coming at 10:00 am to start my getting ready pictures. We want to get all of the family pictures done before our ceremony begins at 12:30 pm.

well remember that hair and make up for you will take 2 hours, so maybe have him come while youre getting ready but not necessarily from beginning of when youre getting it done. Maybe after you get hair done and getting pics while you are getting make up done. This way it will be about an hour into you getting hair and make up done, and that hour you can use towards the end.
Most of my getting ready pics were when i was getting make up done. I asked her to come at 11am, and i was already done with hair at that time since started at 10am but i also wanted more time at RH so was fine with me.

I am getting hair and makeup done at my house and then getting dressed at RH....so I am having my photog come to my house because I want some pics with my kitties.....then off to get dressed at RH and FH and I are taking pics before the ceremony....I think my photog said that we should leave about 2 hours before the ceremony for pics.

Thanks girls maybe i'll have him just go to the hotel. My doggies wont be at home, we have to board them for the night, otherwise I would definately have him come to the house.

I'm getting dressed at the Rh but doing my hair and makeup at my mom's. I've opted to only have the photographer show up when I'm getting dressed. People keep telling me to have them come to my mom's but I'm doing my own hair and makeup and will freak out if I have someone in my face snapping pics.

they are coming to my house...
it really depends on how many hours you have them for... i have them all day so they are going to be there all day with me !!!

I am having him meet me at the hotel were we will be getting our makeup done and getting dressed. I am having my hair done prior cause of scheduling. I am going to have him start 3 hrs before the ceremony since me and FH want to take the traditional pics before the ceremony so we dont miss cocktail hour, thats where the best food is!!!

TP is coming to my parents house and sending his assistant to wherever FH is then we are hopefully ( no rain , no rain , no rain ) going to the beach to take pics and then to the RH and I asked him to put in the contract that he will stay ti lthe end of the night because I want tons of pics since we aren't dong video!

i'm getting ready at the hotel and I plan on having the photog come half way into hair/makeup. But an easy way to figure it out for me was - i have him for 10 hrs, so i took the time my reception is over and am having him show up 10 hrs before that...
