Are you booking room blocks for Friday and Saturday as well for OOT guests? I'm so confused with this process....I don' t know how many rooms to save! Help!
I have 30 rooms for Saturday night, but only 10 for Friday night- once everyone tells me their flights, we might book more
we blocked rooms for sat and sun
We have rooms blocked Fri, Sat, and Sun. The hotel gave us a block of 25 - if we get up to 22-23 on any given night, we can then request more.
I blocked rooms on sat and sunday night.
Can u still add some rooms just in case? You have nothing to lose.
True - it's better to be safe than sorry right? I have till next week to sign the contract....
idk what hotel u are using but mine said I dont have to pay for them... my guests who want to book there have up until a month before to do it... if all the rooms arent full no one gets charged (I guess my days they dont expect a packed house???)
Same with me - I'm using the Hyatt in Hauppauge....I love it there - I don't know why I'm so worried LOL

I am using the Huntington Hilton-- they had a good deal and shuttle was $375 unlimited all night to and from CHCC!!

Wow - that's nice since it's not excactly around the corner - Hyatt doesn't have a shuttle
