I'm considering having my ceremony at RH, but i don't know how taking pics in a park would work.
Isn't the ceremony right before the cocktail hour? So if fiance is not supposed to see the bride, when do you take pics? & if you leave sometime between your ceremony & cocktail hour, then what do you do with your guests?
How is everyone else doing it?

We are getting marred at RH. I am okay with missing part of the cocktail hour.. I will be okay with running around taking pictures.
You could always meet before the ceremony and get pictures done then? that could be an option...

I don't plan to attend the Cocktail hour either, I want to make a grand entrance, but so you think that an hour is enough time to take pics?

I am getting married at rh. We are going to do the pictures before ceremony. I want to use the coctail hour to say hello to all of my guests.

We got married at our RH and took the bulk of our pictures before the ceremony. We finished the family photos during the cocktail hour and we were even able to make a brief appearance at our cocktail hour.

I am having the ceremony at the RH. We are taking pictures before the cocktail hour. FH and I will be seeing each other before the ceremony. I don't want to miss the cocktail hour.

I am also getting married at the RH- Russo's has an outside garden that we can take pics before the ceremony (since the reception is right after).

Someone at the RH suggested having a moment when we first see each other as I come down the stairs and he waits at the bottom and photograph that. Another couple apparently did that. I am getting married at the end of March but I am hoping it might be warm enough out to take some pics on the RH's beautiful grounds!

Me too! But we are only able to get to the RH 1 hour before the ceremony, so I'm a little nervous there won't be enough time -- I want to take pics on the grounds, but don't want guests to see me before the ceremony. So if the ceremony is at 6, we get there at 5, take pics til 5:30, have private ketubah signing, and then the ceremony. I guess we will have to take pics during part of the ch. Oh well, gotta do what you gotta do!

I got married at our RH and we opted to miss cocktail hour so we could take pics!! It was plenty of time and everything worked out fine!

I enjoyed taking the pics before - much more relaxing to me to have seen each other ahead and a relief to have the portraits done. They were fun, but we did not want to miss the entire cocktail hour and be rushed taking pics.
