i get what your saying but also unless what youve told this person was in fm's youve basically shared it with dozens of people cuz this is a public site and anyone can access it.

The only 'drama' thread's I've gotten involved in were those started by obvious fake brides just coming here to start trouble. Any other threads that turn into drama, I just state my honest opinon on the original subject (i.e. taking off one's shoes during the reception) or I don't get involved at all. Lets see if I can explain what that NW board thing is all about. Please dont take it personally b/c its not a personal thing at all. The NW board we dont really talk about our weddings much at all. Some of the girls dont ever check BHB or the 07 or even 08 for that matter b/c they dont want to b/c they are over their wedding. We get upset when B2Bs post wedding related questions on NW b/c we dont want to talk about that. Those who choose to help out do by going to BHB and 07 and even 08 to help out where they can. its hard to understand until you are there-I know I didnt get it but I never posted on NW until after I was married. I posted on the 06 board or BHB and hoped there was someone out there that could help me. Its not a matter of dont come over here we dont want you-its more we dont want to answer wedding related questions b/c most of the girls dotn want to go there anymore. I hope that made sense. Me-like I already said-If I can help, I will! If I cant I move on, I always try to be helpful...even if I get involved in drama.
And I totally understand AND AGREE with the unwritten rule (actually, I think it IS written somewhere) that B2Bs shouldn't be there asking questions - that's what the BHB forum is for. I was referring specifically to this incident. Once all was said and done I was trying to stick up for the poor girl and was basically told to get lost 'grandma' (<-- yes, 'Grandma').
Please don't take this the wrong way or personally, but did an influx of teenagers get married in 2007?

True, as by the time I'm married, most of the girls from here will (presumably) be on NW and I do feel the most connection with them. I just don't appreciate the childish, clique-y attitude that [i]appears[/i] to be there now.
You will have it too(maybe not you specifically but it will) I see it on this board everytime there is drama-the 06ers even warned us it would happen-after your wedding people tend to flock to certain people, its just the nature of the beast

I guess I was taken aback by the whole thing because there are plenty of 07ers that visit here on the 08 board (such as yourself) that I found to be very friendly and helpful but even before this incident I noticed there were others that were somewhat 'you stay on your side of the fence I'll stay on mine'. Then after what went tonight, I'm like 'jeezus!'

aww mary you always make me...i was in new jersey seeing my new godson for the first time. i also really spent alot of time with his older sister (shes 3) for the first time and im in love with the both of them
