FI and I are looking for an all-inclusive resort in the carribean. We want something quiet and secluded so NO families and not Sandals. We were thinking Aruba, St Johns, St Barts, St Lucia. But we are def open to other islands.
We want a great room (preferably villa and/or private pool) and good bars/restaurants.
CAN YOU HELP????

Me and Mike went to Punta Cana DR. Secrets Excellence all inclusive. It was beautiful. the food wasn't all that though.
But, Secrets is a couple only resort so no rugrats allowed. The have other destinations..one is Cozumel Mexico I think.

Can I ask why not Sandals? Have you heard bad things about it???

Oh no not at all. FI and i are just not into big resorts w/ so many newlyweds running around. We want seclusion and no one bothering us for activities etc.

Is mexico out? Have you been to bermuda or Peter Island? They only have one all inclusive, but I know you can rent private villa's and the island just beautiful
