Girls, I need your opinions

I am trying to decide on the color of my shoes.
My dress is Maggie Sottero's Michelle in light gold.

The shoes that I love are by Grace, the style called Camille.

I can't decide which color to order. I went to RK Bridal yesterday and compared the color Candlelight, which is an ivory, and the color Antique, which is a champagne color, to the light gold dress.

Candlelight is one shade lighter than the dress and has a slight yellowish cast to it.
Antique is two shades darker but is in the same color tone as the dress

Which would you choose ?
I need to order the shoes online because of my size 10 feet, so I need to be really sure which color I like.

I would probably do the antique if it is in the same color tone. I don't think that I would want my shoes to have a yellowish cast to them with a light gold dress. I think the darker shoe would look better. JMO!!

First I have to say that I love your shoes! They are so pretty & elegant!!

I would def. go with the Antique....its better to have them a little darker than lighter and you don't want to have a yellowish tinge to them.

The other option is to order the white shoes and have the shoes dyed to match your dress. Most shoemakers/specialty shoe stores will do this for about $30. I had my shoes dyed by a store called Peter Fox.

Have you gone to Varonnes Shoes in Sayville?? They carry Grace, thats wear I got mine and you can really tell the colors there...I went with the ivory since it was best for my dress. They may have them in stock there too! You can always call them and check....Good Luck!

I would get the antique so that the whole tone of the dress and the shoes match.

Thanks for all your help.
I just ordered the color antique. I like the color against the dress, but I was just doubting myself because the shoe is a little darker. I should know better - always go with my gut feeling !
