First of all, a huge thank you to FH for caving in and letting me get the uplighting that I wanted so badly!!!!!!
Secondly, I want to know which color you girls like better. Remember it is going to be a night time wedding in December, so unlike the pictures there will be no sun coming through the windows and doors. I cant decided between the amber (whitish-yellowish) color and the red. I am afraid the red might be a little too dark in the night. What do you think???? Also what do you think about the different colored light on behind the sweetheart table?? Keep it all the same color around the room or spotlight FH and I with another color??

I think the red looks awesome espec for Dec!!! and I def think a diff color light behind your table like a whitish color maybe.... Soo pretty!

the red is kind of cool!!! i got up lighting also that the dj controls so it will change colors through out the night.. does your change colors because then you can do all your colors you want

I kind of like the red too. The DJ does offer the option to do multiple colors but FH and I chose not to do the color change and keep it the same throughout the night. I am just afraid of the red making it too dark, and everyone glowing like they are on fire

I am getting up lighting and my wedding is in Dec too!! I am going with red initially and then the coloring will change throughout the night!!

do you plan on doing candles on the tables? if so, the amber will really play that up.
disclosure: i'm doing amber uplighting so i'm TOTALLY biased haha

Thats exactly what I was thinking! Almost like candlelight, so romantic! I actually am also getting married this room, obviously the set up will be different , but my DJ is going to set up the white uplighting prior and we are going to use it for the ceremony. We are putting it all along the back wall where FH and I will be standing, and it will be very dark and dim lighting in the room. I have this amazing vision in my head and I really hope it looks the way I am dreaming it to be!!

I so agree with you about it creating so much warmth in the room. I wasnt even thinking of candles until I saw how the room looked with the candle light, and now i want them on the tables!! It just looks so romantic and soft!
