girls interested in planting fields

i just called and spoke with someone at planting fields.

the permit is $100 and if you want to take pictures in the greenhouse, it's $300. however, you need approval from the board to take pictures in the greenhouse and it's only allowed if another event is not going on.

if it rains and you decide not to take pictures there, do they refund you the money?
