wow...yeah i was hearing sirens here a few minutes ago too and i`m on coram. it`s raining in my house too!!! the seal on the bacl door leaks when it gets bad out. so it must be nasty!!

They have my block closed due to flooding so i cant leave to get to work. I have to wait till they clear up the water to get there

if i was a good student id leave for me class now knowing that its gonna take me extra time today...but instead im leaving the same time as every other day figureing if im late i can tell my professor that the traffic was terrible bc of the rain LOL

i got up early just to make sure i get in on time at work. Last time it rained like this the roads were floaded out and a was a half hour late - blah!

Yeah teh roads are horrible. the two by my job are like lakes right now and the rain has slowed down in queens. but it's horrbile and our office is flooded too! becareful!

yes girls.. be careful!!! and for anyone taking the subway NY1 just said to give them about a half hour to get things up and running again. My mom takes the L and it still isn't running right by us.

yea it was definitely bad this morning. I carpool with FHa nd my best friend and we tried three different ways to get to work and they were all flooded!!!
We just turned around, came home and called in sick.

Just to let all you ladies know, the LIE going east (at least in my area in Nassau) wasn't bad at all. I heard the Northern State was a mess, but I actually got to work early today by taking the LIE!
