Girls staying at a hotel on their wedding night....

Are you going to check in w/ your gown on? Or are you going to change before you get there?

Girl, I am not taking that dress OR veil off that entire night!
We are going back to the hotel, rushing upstairs to consumate, and then back down for the after party! And you better beleive I'm putting the dress back on for that after party!

i walked in with my gown and went to the bar in my gown...it was awesome.

listen, you are not gonna want to take it off...believe me!

We're leaving for the HM straight from the hotel and it's going to be just us staying there so we kinda have to change. I know I'm not going to want to take my gown off but there's nothing I can do about it, I'll change in the bridal suite before we leave into a cute 'going away' outfit.

Not sure. I was thinking about this. Seeing as the reception will be over at 10pm, and most hotels have a check in time of 3pm, I'm not sure. May give hotel my credit card # and info and authorize someone else to check us in between the ceremony and the reception.

Have not even reserved a room for that night yet! I'm slacking on a few things!

I'll be checking in with the gown on! I will probably change later though, we will be doing the 'after party' think since the reception is over at 5:30.

Stopping home first to change. But my wedding is during the day and the reception ends at 5pm (or about).

Okay the second response is killing me ..... Since my reception is at the hotel my dress will be staying on not that I would want to take it off!!!
