Girls that had a surprise shower

Did you buy a dress for your shower? I did... and I really want to make sure that I wear it because I love it so much. FH knows this, and I know he's in on the 'secret'. I really hope he tells me to wear it... how did you ladies deal with the whole surprise and your outfit? I am freaking out a little about this! I really want to wear that darn dress!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave my Mom the dress. Told her to bring it whenever the shower was. When I got there I just changed into it.

This is what I will be doing. I bought my dress today, and bringing it to her tomorrow since I think my shower is creeping up soon.

I actually just gave my Mom the dress tonight to hold onto until the shower, but I wouldn't give her the shoes that go with it yet because I wear them a lot during the week at work.

I have a few nice sundresses that I bought that I plan on wearing the next few weekends because I have a feeling its this or next weekend. But since you have one dress in mind I would give the dress to whoever is throwing your shower so they can bring it there for you to change into

I went and found a dress but the dress they had in my size had a stain. I was going to order it online but never got around to doing it! The day of my shower, I was clueless. I walked in, everyone yelled 'surprise', gave hugs. Then I turn and my MOH is holding my dress. The one I forgot to order. It turned out my mom ordered it online and kept it in her closet! She even went in my room and took one of my pairs of shoes! I didn't even realize it!

My mom had my dress and shoes. I had given it to her a few months before the shower. When I got there the first thing she did was hand it to me so I quickly went to change. She actually locked all the doors in the house before she left so I wouldn't go looking for my dress!

I would just give the dress, shoes, etc to your Mom or MOH!

i did and i gave my dress shoes and jewelry to my moh weeks before and she made sure it was on my chair waiting for me when i got there

i gave my sister my dress and a bag with shoes and accessories to go with it, as well as a strapless bra. you can also give it to FH and he can secretly put it in his car that morning.

I had 3 requests for my shower: Surprise, at my mom's house, and napoleon cake lol.

So I brought a dress waaaay early and left it along with a pair of shoes at my mom's house so that when the time came, I could go upstairs after arriving and change.

Aly, like I said on your other thread, I have a strong suspicion my shower might be this weekend as well. I think I'm just going to wear the dress I wanted to wear anyway and if its not my shower then I'll just have to wear it again.

ya will probably do this too!! I'll just tell FH that I don't know when it is, and I really don't want this cute dress sitting in the closet any longer!
