Did you take it off at the reception or did you bustle it??

I took it off at the reception after all the pictures were done. I also had on the finger lenght veil and that I left on all day.

I wore mine all night-unbustled. I didn't know you could bustle a veil.
I planned to take it off but didin't. I carried it over my arm. It didn't bother me or I would have taken it off.

I didn't know you can bustle it either.

I wore mine 2 hours into my reception also over my arm. I took it off afterwards.

I did buy a shorter veil but forgot it in the hotel closet

i have a removable (velcro-attached) cathdral layer with a top blusher-layer. plan on zipping of the long layer and just wearing the top.

I thought I would bustle but took it off right after the first dance. Bustleing would take away from teh back of my dress (it had beading etc.) Plus, I got a bit tired of wearing it (which I thought would never happen!)

I took it off after all our post-ceremony pic were done, well before the CH. It was detachable by velcro, then I left my fingertip on all night.

I took it off as soon as we hit CH.

I didn't want to deal with it while dancing our first dance. We took lessons and had (somewhat of) a choreographed dance.

As much as I loved my mantilla, I didn't want to be bothered with carrying it around. I wanted to dance all night and eat and drink.

Never knew a veil could be bustled. Maybe I should do that w/ mine. I really love my veil. I wouln't want to take it off.

Mine is detachable, so I will be taking it off after pictures, and I'll leave the fingertip on...
