girls that had their shower???

I have a feeling it is this weekend!!! after they yell surprise do you go around an kiss everyone?

I knew about my shower so it wasn't a surprise, but as I was walking in I was getting knots in my stomach. I walked in and said hello, kissed and thanked everyone there.

I knew about my shower so I was setting up and greeted everyone as they came in. I hate going around to so many people, but it's not that bad. It flys by, and then you want to do it all over again!

I knew about my shower and planned to arrive 15 minutes after it was supposed to start. After walking in everyone clapped and I immediately walked through the room, greeting/hugs/kisses to everyone I could get to. After that we got to eat and started the gifts and I tried to go around as much as possible with all that going on, to greet anyone I'd missed before. I knew I did not get to thank a few people in person, and I made note of that in small apology in my thank you cards to them

mine wasnt a surpsies, but as soon as i walked in people started taking pics, then i went over and said hello to everyone individually.

Yes, I immediately went table to table and kissed everyone lol. My mom made me!

Yes, as soon as I got over the 'shock' ( i pretty much knew where I was going on the ride over!) I hugged my mom, bridesmaids and FMIL and then went around to every table to hug and kiss everyone and thank them for coming. It is a little overwhelming. I was shaking for a bit, but then you get a drink loosen up and realize everyone is there for you!! enjoy it!!

My shower was on Saturday!! I figured it out on the way there when FI's story started to fall apart. After the initial shock when they yelled surprise I attacked my mom and FMIL and hugged the heck outta them-then the bridesmaids then everyone else. I was shaking a lot so the wine couldn't come fast enough! haha. It really is overwhelming to be in the spotlight...! And that was with 30 people-what will I do on the wedding day? It was a wonderful afternoon!

Definitely have a drink before and as soon as you get in. You have to say hello to everyone....I did, because they'll be lucky if they get one from me the day of the wedding....I have too many people coming to my wedding, in order for me to say 'hello' to everyone.

Even though I figured out it was my shower day I started to cry when I walked into the room - It was so wonderful and overwhelming to see all of the people that gathered together to celebrate for FH & I. I went around a gave a hug & kiss to everyone & said thank you for being here.

I had found out about my shower that morning, so it wasn't a suprise, but when we pulled up to the place and I was getting ready to walk in, I got super nervous. I usually don't mind being the center of attention, but I totally freaked out.
Well, once I walked in and everyone yelled suprise, I immedately calmed down seeing everyone there. It just made me so happy and excited.

I knew about mine.. arrived at the scheduled start time, greeted everyone individually...

I didn't even know half the people on his side.. that was awkward... 'um hi....you....' So you'll have a much easier time hopefully!

It wasn't a surprise for me - I didn't want it to be. I went around and kissed everyone and said hi right after I arrived.

I forbade a surprise shower. I didn't want a foo foo shower, no ribbon hat for me THANKS.

My shower is this coming Sunday. It's an outdoor event and we will be making pizzas in a huge outdoor brick oven.

I knew about my shower in advance. I was there with my girls setting up when people came in. I think the worst part for me was opening up gifts infront of everyone, but really it wasnt that bad. I had a ball, I wish I could do it again.
