there is an italian rest. in the Wyndham (at one end of the hotel strips) on a whim and it was very good. sorry don't remember the name.. But they had a dish that looked so fun: they brought out a huge wheel of cheese and melted it around the edge and put in some pasta and cooked the pasta in the cheese wheel.
Anyway, if you're in the area, it looked like something very fun to get :)
