are writing that a shuttle will be provided on the hotel card or just leaving that for the oot bag?

i put it on the hotel card insert but already regret that I did that As much as i want people to stay at the hotel, it will end up costing us more with the brunch the next day and the shuttle only holds 12 so it will have to make a lot of trips. I should have left it off and people would have had a pleasant surprise when they checked in
but i think it is courteous to include it on the hotel card

We might have to get a 2nd shuttle b/c we have about 80 people staying at the hotel!

its on the bottom of my accommodations card.
'a complimentary shuttle will be provided to the north ritz club.' (or something to that effect)
