How do you choose which one is going to be MOH? I thought I chose one (but I never told the other) but now I'm having second thoughts (aka guilt). I don't want to make the other one feel bad. When they got married, they chose each other (I was 12 and 18 at those times). Should I have both and have one as the maid and one as the matron? (one got divorced). And if I do that does FH need to get two BM? TYIA!

Re: Girls w/ 2+ sisters....
the fact that they chose each other kinda puts you in a tough spot. My sister got married last year and had us both as MOHs. I am in turn having one maid and one matron. i think if I were in your shoes, I would have both (one maid one matron). then if FH has two really close guys and wants to make them both BM he can do that, but I dont think it's required.

Re: Girls w/ 2+ sisters....
My sisters are twins, and although it was previously discussed that we would all take turns, I am having a hard time choosing who would be MOH. One is getting married 4 months before me, so she will technically be my Matron of Honor and the other one will be my Maid of Honor. You can make both of your sisters your Maids of Honor if you want to. Even thought for me, one will be the matron and one will be the maid, they will still have an equal status in my eyes. And even though I will have 2 honor attendants, FH will only have one best Man. HTH!

I have both sisters. One MOH and one Matron. If one wasn't married I would have 2 MOH's. I can't choose between them

Re: Girls w/ 2+ sisters....
I would do two MOHs and if one is married it's perfect to one be the matron and the other the maid. I'm having two as well. I wanted my sister to be the MOH and I wanted my FSIL to also be a MOH, but she's married so it worked out. FH is thinking of having 2 BM as well, but I don't think he has to-completely up to you!

I would do two MOH's...
I only had one sister who is my Maid of Honor but I could not imagine my best friend not standing up there on the altar next to me so I asked her to be my Matron of Honor.

the way I see it.. its your special day and you can honor who ever you want in any way you want!! If u want ten MOH let it be lol! I have a maid and a matron.. both my sisters, one is married, one is not.
FH has two BM but it was not planned this way to match the MOHs. He was having hiw two best buddies regardless as BM.

my sisters are twins.. i made them both moh because i wasnt picking - i told them they could pick if they wanted. I know they are going to pick eachother when they get married, i dont care thats just how they are. They are alot closer to eachother then we are.

Re: Girls w/ 2+ sisters....
I have two sisters, 24 and 12 years old. I always knew my 24yr old sis would be my MOH before the younger sister came into the picture. And even in the beginning, since she's so young, I just made the little one a JR Bridesmaid.
But I could tell it meant a lot to the little sister and that the other sister wouldn't mind sharing the title, so I 'promoted' my little sis to JR MOH. She was ecstatic. Besides, the 24yr old is in FL and my little one comes with me to all the appts!! haha

Re: Girls w/ 2+ sisters....
I have 2 sisters, both who are married and they had each other for their MOH.
I decided to not give anyone in my bridal party a title. I might put my sisters in a reverse colored dress just so they stand out as my sisters but each girl in my party has the same title to me. I can't pick just 1 w/o the other 1 getting mad or hurt so I decided against Matrons of Honor and bridesmaids.
