Is there a Dancesport near you??? you can do that or rent a couple of videos from your local library!

Check out local high schools & community colleges. I can't help you with specifics because I live in Queens but I have gotten info on dance classes from schools in my area in the mail. They were all in the spring and very reasonably priced. Good luck!

There are Arthur Murray dance studios all over. Not sure how good they are.

Oh yeah, Remember When studios in St. James. We had a couple of lessons there - they were great!!! Michele was so nice, patient, and she made it so easy too. Reasonably priced, introductory lesson is free, and no contracts to sign or packages to buy.

we've been going to Remember When for a couple of lessons too. It's great- we've learned a lot in a relatively short period of time. The free intro lesson is nice too.
