Are the prices much cheaper than what I have been getting from a lot of vendors who come to you? I have been getting quotes of about $300 for both and it just seems so high to me. I know its an important element, but $300 is just too high. Is anyone getting cheaper prices?
It is a lot cheaper. I think my hair and makeup will come to less than $150 - it just took me a bit of time to find the right salon.
My salon is only charging $65 for me and all of my BMs and mom.

I'm going to a Cactus. They have good prices - I'd just call and see what they can give you at the one near wherever you're getting married. I actually think my makeup is maybe $60 and my hair is around $70

they'll do trials too - and it was about the same that I'll have to pay for the day of.

I think it depends on who you use. My salon quoted me higher.. and my BM who got married last year did hers at the salon ( so we used her salon too) and she paid ALOT more for her hair than im paying for my hair and makeup together and what I paid for my hair for her wedding... is like double what my BMs will be paying if they choose to you my girl, so i think it depends
