My friend got plain white ones at a dance store on jericho turnpike in either garden city or new hyde park. I don't think they were too expensive, I think any dance wear store or dance school should have them.

I got mine from shoe elegance in lynbrook - they were sooo comfy.

i got mine from David's for $20. super comfy and they have cute little design on the toe to dress them up a bit.

I purchased them online early last year, I don't remember the site...sorry

If you google it I am sure you will find a few sites that may carry pretty bridal ballet slippers.
